1. Empower your teams instead of undermining them

“Rather than trying to micromanage every little detail of your team’s work (which is incredibly demotivating and counterproductive), give them the freedom, autonomy, and support they need to make decisions and take ownership of their work. Think about it this way—if you’re offering the best tools, resources, and support they need to excel at their jobs, why wouldn’t they succeed?
